1. Cooking more eggs

Overting the eggs ends its nutrients. If the green layer is formed around the egg yolk, it is an indication that the egg is more cooked. Also, eating raw or half -baked eggs can increase the risk of stomach infection, so it is necessary to cook it properly.

2. Not checking the freshness of eggs

To maintain the taste and nutrition of the egg, check its freshness. Eating stale eggs can spoil the taste and does not get the necessary nutrients. To check the freshness of the egg, put it in water - if the eggs start floating, it means that it is old.

3. Store eggs in the fridge door

Many people keep the eggs in the fridge door, but this is the wrong way. Repeated opening of the fridge door changes the temperature of the eggs repeatedly, causing them to deteriorate quickly. Always store the eggs at a stable temperature inside the fridge.

4. Washing eggs

The egg has a natural security layer, which protects it from bacteria. Washing the egg removes this layer, which can spoil the egg quickly. So do not wash the eggs until you are going to cook them.

5. Breaking the egg directly into the pan

Bacteria may be present on the egg peel. If you break it directly into a pan or cooking vessel, bacteria can be found in food and the risk of infection may increase. To avoid this, first break the eggs in a separate bowl and then pour into the pan.

6. Using torn eggs

If an egg has cracked even a little, do not store it nor use it. After cracking, bacteria can enter the egg quickly, which can make it harmful to health.

7. Fry eggs in more oil

If you fry the egg in too much oil, its nutrients are reduced. To keep the egg healthy, cook or boil and eat it, so that its nutritional value remains.
