During the conversation, she reflected on the challenges she has faced over the years and addressed speculations regarding her alleged conflict with writer Khalil ur Rehman Qamar.
While discussing her views on Qamar, Resham expressed disappointment, stating that she once admired his writing but now finds his work lacking originality.
According to her, his scripts have started mirroring Indian films, losing the distinctiveness that once set him apart.
The actress also shared details of an unpleasant incident at a gathering hosted by Humayun Saeed.
She recalled extending a polite greeting to Qamar, only to receive a cold and disrespectful response.
Choosing to maintain her dignity, Resham refrained from reacting but noted that she would have handled the situation differently if she had chosen to engage.
Earlier, Khalil-ur-Rehman Qamar, a distinguished Pakistani drama writer, targeted in a harrowing robbery and abduction incident.
Reports reveal that a woman named Amina lured Qamar to her residence under the guise of discussing a drama project. Upon his arrival, armed assailants seized him and demanded ransom.
Qamar managed to secure his release by paying a significant amount to the kidnappers. The Sundar Police have since filed a case based on his account.
The FIR details a brutal ordeal, with Qamar being beaten and moved between various locations. The kidnappers also threatened his life and coerced his relatives for additional funds.
The assailants stole Qamar’s mobile phone, watch, and cash, and transferred Rs. 250,000 from his ATM card. They subsequently blindfolded him and left him in a remote area before escaping.
