If you too go to your office by car daily, be careful, Delhi Police is keeping an eye on those who constantly violate traffic rules. In Delhi, there is constant strictness about traffic rules. Meanwhile, a study has shown that the capital has the highest number of car drivers among those who violate traffic rules. Car drivers have broken traffic rules about 54 percent more often than other vehicles.
It is difficult to avoid cameras.
You will be surprised to know that most of the invoices issued in the year 2024 were released through cameras. That is, it is difficult to avoid the eyes of every red light in Delhi and cameras installed in other places. The Delhi Traffic Police has conducted a study on this, whose figures are shocking. The study states that in Delhi last year i.e. in 2024, 410016 car drivers were issued challans on the spot, while 2815753 car drivers were captured in camera.
So many invoices of two -wheelers
After car drivers in Delhi, two -wheeler drivers have the highest number of people ignoring traffic rules. A total of 20888089 two -wheelers were issued challans throughout the year. Apart from this, light commercial vehicles are at the forefront of following traffic rules. This means that the drivers of these vehicles have followed the traffic rules thoroughly.
An interesting thing has also come to light in this study that the police stopped more challans by stopping two -wheelers, that is, the challans were reduced by the camera and caught more on the spot. At the same time, more than 87 percent invoices of car drivers have been released through cameras. That is, if you also drive a car by flouting traffic rules, then be careful, because even if the traffic police cannot find you, the cameras can cut your challan.
