Traffic Challan: If you have also been issued a traffic challan for ignoring traffic rules while driving, but you have not paid the challan yet because the amount is high, then you have a great opportunity to get the challan waived or reduced. National Lok Adalat 2025 is going to be held exactly 6 days from today, i.e. on March. On this day, you can get the old pending challan settled.
Lok Adalat is organised for the convenience of the people. The challan/notice must be downloaded before the Lok Adalat is held on 8 March. The challan/notice can be downloaded from the official website of Delhi Police from 10 am on 3 March.
Note that only 60,000 challans/notices can be downloaded in a day. After 3 March, the day the limit of 1,80,000 challan/notices is completed, the link will be closed. To download the challan/notice, you will have to go to https://traffic.delhipolice.gov.in/notice/lokadalat.
Lok Adalat will be held in these courts of Delhi.
For the convenience of you people, Lok Adalat will be organized in Dwarka, Karkardooma, Patiala House, Rohini, Rouse Avenue, Saket and Tis Hazari Court. Lok Adalat 2025 Dates
If you are unable to go to Lok Adalat on 8 March 2025 for any reason, then the second Lok Adalat of 2025 will be held on 10 May 2025, the third Lok Adalat on 13 September and the fourth Lok Adalat on 13 December 2025. If a challan has been issued for violating normal traffic rules in Lok Adalat, then it can be forgiven or reduced, but if your challan has been issued due to any crime or accident, then such challans are not forgiven in Lok Adalat.
