March 4, Patna Tejashwi Yadav, leader of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) and the Leader of the Opposition in the Bihar Assembly, is scheduled to confront the Nitish administration in the House on topics such as unemployment, migration, and the state budget, which he has called “false.”

During the debate, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar is expected to reply to Tejashwi’s statement that he would “expose” the government’s claims of progress.

Aside from the fact that no significant steps have been suggested to curb migration from the state, the opposition said the budget lacks specific strategies for creating jobs.

Along with the general state of law and order, it will also target the government for “rising” criminal events.

Questions about the Education Department, Mines and Geology Department, Prohibition Excise and Registration Department, Environment Forest and Climate Change Department, Social Welfare Department, Scheduled Caste and Tribe Welfare Department, Transportation Department, Science and Technology Department, Technical Education Department, Art Culture and Youth Department, and Sports Department will be asked during the Question Hour, and the relevant ministers will respond.

Opposition MPs are anticipated to voice urgent concerns during Zero Hour.

Members’ questions will get thorough responses from the government.

In his speech last week, Bihar Governor Arif Mohammed Khan emphasized the NDA government’s development efforts under Nitish Kumar.

We’ll keep talking about the governor’s speech and the budget.

Tejashwi is getting ready to confront the authorities and refute these allegations.

The accusations made by the opposition will be addressed by Chief Minister Nitish and other ministries. Tuesday’s Assembly session is anticipated to be contentious and highly volatile as the opposition prepares to launch a multifaceted assault on the administration.

Samrat Choudhary, the deputy chief minister and finance minister of Bihar, unveiled the Rs 3.17 lakh crore budget for the fiscal year 2025–2026 on Monday.

The RJD referred to the budget plan as “false,” while the NDA leaders referred to it as “developmental.”
