Flour – 2 cups
Semolina – 2 tablespoons (for more crunchy)
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Celery – 1 tsp
Ghee – 2 tablespoons (for Moyan)
Water – as required

To make Namakpara, first of all you have to prepare the dow of fine flour. For this, add maida, semolina, salt, celery and ghee in a bowl and mix well. Now add some water and knead tight dough and keep it covered for 15 minutes.
Now it is the turn to cut the Namakpara, make the dough and roll it a big. Now cut into small diamond shape from a knife or cutter. Now heat the oil in the pan and fry salt on low flame, until they become golden and crispy. Do not fry it on high flame, otherwise it will remain raw. Finally, after cooling the saltpare, store in the airtight compartment.
