Ingredients
Flour – 3 cups
Potatoes-4-5
Pea Grain – 1/2 cup
Ginger grate – 1 tsp
Green Chilli-2-3
Green coriander leaf chopped-2-3 tbsp
Baking Powder – 1/2 T Spoon
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 T Spoon
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Amchur – 1/2 tsp
Whole Coriander – 1 Table Spoon
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
Dry active yeast – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Oil-1-2 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Recipe
First of all, add flour in a large bowl and add sugar, dry active yeast, 1 tsp oil and 1 pinch of salt and mix well.
Now knead the dough with the help of lukewarm water. Mash the dough for at least 4 to 5 minutes and smooth soft.
When kneading the dough, cover it with a cotton cloth and keep it aside for 2 hours. In this time, the dough will be almost doubled.
After this, you can start making samosas with flour. Now put the potatoes in the cooker and boil it. After this, remove the peel of the potatoes and mash them well in a vessel.
Then finely cut green chillies, green coriander leaves. After this, put a little oil in a pan and heat it.
After the oil is hot, add finely chopped green chillies, coriander, cumin powder, coriander powder and peas and fry it.
After buying the peas for 2 minutes, add mashed potatoes and mix and fry. After this, add all the dried spices including red chili, garam masala and mix it and let it cook.
After 2 minutes, turn off the gas and take out the prepared stuffing in a vessel. Now take the flour flour again and knead it. After this, break the dough of the same ratio of the dough.
Now take a dough and roll it down and then cut it into two parts from the middle with the help of a knife. Take one part and triang it like a cone and then fill the stuffing of potato in it.
After this, with the help of water, stick the edge of the samosas and keep it in a plate/tray. Similarly, prepare samosas with all the spices. Now keep the samosa plate/tray covered for half an hour.
After the scheduled time, pre -heat the samosas at 180 degrees Celsius in the oven. Bake it for 10 minutes. After this, check the samosas and bake for 5 minutes again.
– In 15 minutes, samosas will become golden on both sides. Now take the tray out of the oven. Oil free samosas are ready.
