According to the FDA report, the recall began on February 21, when the brand's original company Danon received complaints about the quality of some creams. According to the company, the affected products saw the problem of premature malfunction, which affected their texture and taste. A representative of the company told Fox News Digital, "We take every concern of consumers seriously. Complaints of texture problems have been received in some of our creams. This is not conforming to our quality standards, so we have decided to voluntarily recall these products."

According to the FDA report, these creamers were sold in 31 states of America, including Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentaki, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minneota, Missori, Mississip, North Carolina, Mississippi, North Carolina, Mississipic Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessi, Texas, Virginia, Visconsin and Vyoming.
