Acidity is a common problem. The reason for this is wrong eating and lifestyle. This can cause people problems like flatulence or chest irritation. But sometimes people start getting more acidity, due to which they have to take medicines. If you also have acidity problems then there is no need to panic.

 

 

Be careful about your diet.

You can avoid the problem of acidity by changing your food habits. When a lot of acid is made in the stomach, it can cause food pipe irritation. If you are troubled by acidity, then know what changes you should make in your food and drink.

Avoid spicy and oily food.

Spicy and oily foods can increase the production of acid in the stomach, which can lead to acidity. Do not make fried or spicy food a part of your diet. Experts say that you should include plain food and fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.

Avoid sour things.

Natural acids are found in lemon, tomato, grapes and oranges. Eating more amounts of them can increase the problem of acidity. If you often have acidity problems, do not consume these things. You can eat fruits that relieve acidity. You can include banana or papaya in your diet.

Water helps in improving digestion in the stomach. It is very important to drink enough water throughout the day to get relief from acidity. However, avoid drinking too much water immediately after meals, as it can increase the level of acid in the stomach. Drink at least 2 liters of water throughout the day.

Include fiber -rich foods in your diet. Oatmeal, whole grains, fruits and green vegetables help control the problem of acidity. Fiber improves digestion, which controls the production of acid in the stomach. It keeps the digestive system healthy and reduces the problem of acidity.
