Actress Janani Ashok Kumar , known for her captivating on-screen presence, has officially announced her exit from the popular Tamil TV serial Idhayam . The news has come as a surprise to her fans, who have loved her portrayal of Bharathi in the show.

Janani took to Instagram to share the announcement, expressing her gratitude and mixed emotions about leaving the show. Janani Ashok Kumar is a well-established name in the Tamil television industry and enjoys a strong social media following. She made her acting debut in the Tamil film Nanbenda, starring alongside Nayanthara under the direction of Jagadish. Over the years, she has featured in several popular TV serials, including Mappillai, Sembaruthi, Mouna Ragam, Ayutha Ezhuthu, and Naam Iruvar Namakku Iruvar 2, where her portrayal of Saranya was widely appreciated.

Idhayam, directed by Thirumathi Hitler fame Raj Kumar, stars Janani Ashok Kumar and Richard Jose in the lead roles.
