Anyway King Khan is getting some renovation done in his house and is going to add two more floors to it. Due to the construction of the house the Khan family will have to shift to another place. Shahrukh Khan is moving here with the whole family for this renovation work which will last for three years. Shahrukh Khan is going to shift to another place with his family in May. He has rented two luxurious duplex apartments in Pooja Casa in Pali Hill Bandra on a three-year lease. These properties belong to Vashu Bhagnani and are in the name of his wife Pooja. One apartment in the building belongs to actor Jackky Bhagnani and the other belongs to producer Deepshikha Deshmukh. Shahrukh Khan will be neighbors of Vashu Bhagnani wife Pooja Jackky Bhagnani wife Rakul Preet Singh and Deepshikha Deshmukh. SRK to pay this much rent for three years This apartment has been given to Shahrukh Khan on rent of Rs 11.54 lakh per month along with a security deposit of Rs 32.97 lakh. The second apartment belongs to producer Vashu Bhagnani whose rent is Rs 12.61 lakh per month for which a deposit of Rs 36 lakh will have to be paid. Shahrukh Khan has leased four floors in the building. He is going to stay here for three years.
