The court has ordered the Satna police to arrest them and present them in the court.

Advocate of the complainant Sharad Gupta said that the check bounce case against the MLA was going on for a long time. The court sent notices several times, but the MLA tried to avoid the appearance. Now the court has issued an arrest warrant taking a tough stance.
The court has ordered the Satna SP to serve the warrant and present the MLA in the court in the next hearing. The next hearing of this case will be held on April 3, in which it will be mandatory for Siddharth Kushwaha to be present in the court. It is clear that now the matter is being taken seriously at the administrative level too.
