Arsenal could be awarded two titles if Manchester City are found guilty of their charges and subsequently stripped of their Premier League honours.
The wait to discover the outcome of goes on with a verdict expected soon. The club have strongly denied any wrongdoing and have vowed to defend themselves against the charges of breaches of financial rules between 2009 and 2018.
However, if they are found guilty, one of the punishments could be them being stripped of the titles they have won - with it being found they won them unfairly. If that’s the case, the team who finished second are likely to be rewarded the title.

It means both Manchester United and Liverpool would be awarded two titles for the period of which the charges have been made. Both teams finished second behind City in two of the four seasons in which they won the title.
2011/2012 - Manchester United

2017/18 - Manchester United
2018/19 - Liverpool
While the following years are not in the period that the charges have been made, it could still be argued that City continued to benefit from breaking the rules, and therefore should be stripped of titles beyond the period. If the Premier League decide to take away titles this is where Arsenal would benefit.
The Gunners have finished in second place behind City for the last two seasons. Seeing City stripped of those titles would see Arsenal promoted to Champions.

If found guilty other punishments for City could range from a massive fine, a massive points deduction, or even expulsion from the Premier League. If they are found not guilty, then the club will face no punishment.
