A Bengaluru-based man, S Satish, has made headlines after purchasing a rare wolf-dog for a staggering ₹50 crore. The animal, named Cadaboms Okami, is a crossbreed between a wolf and a Caucasian Shepherd, making it a first-of-its-kind. This extraordinary dog isn’t just a prized possession—it’s also an earning sensation. It attracts a big sum during public events. A recent LinkedIn post pointed out that Okami's owner charged lakhs of rupees to bring the dog to shows.
Entrepreneur Shravan Tickoo said Okami earns up to ₹3 lakh for a mere 30-minute appearance at events. Tickoo compared its earnings to that of a Bollywood star and noted that its owner reportedly makes a 30% annual return solely from the dog’s appearances.
"A Bengaluru guy just bought a wolf dog for ₹50 crore. And he makes 3 lakh for a 30-min appearance of his dogs at events. That dog earns like a Bollywood star", he posted.
A report in the New York Post also stated he makes money by showing off his dogs to crowds, attracting in anywhere from $2,800 for 30 minutes to $11,700 (Rs. 1,00,61,16) for five hours.

Born in the United States, Okami is only eight months old and already weighs over 50 kilograms. This breed is recognised by the American Kennel Club as a guardian dog that “should never be taken lightly.”
Satish, who is passionate about rare dog breeds, owns around 150 different elite breeds. He bought Okami in February, and since then, the canine has become a star making waves of social media.
Speaking about his dog purchase, Satish told The Sun, "I spent 50 million rupees on buying this pup because I am fond of dogs and like to own unique dogs and introduce them to India".
