Odisha Public Service Commission i.e. OPSC has released recruitment for the bumper posts of Medical Officer, for which applications have been invited. Eligible and interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of OPSC opsc.gov.in. The registration process for this will start from March 25, which will run till April 25, 2025. Under this recruitment campaign, the Odisha Public Service Commission will fill a total of 5,248 posts.

OPSC Medical Officer Recruitment 2025 Eligibility Criteria: What are the eligibility criteria?

Educational Qualification- Candidates applying for these posts of Medical Officer should have an MBBS or equivalent degree from a medical college or institute recognized by the Medical Council of India.

Age Limit- The age limit of the candidate should be between 21 to 32 years as on 1 January 2025 i.e. he should not have been born before 2 January 1993 and after 1 January 2004.

OPSC Medical Officer Recruitment 2025 Selection Process: What is the selection process?

The selection process for these posts includes a written test. This exam will be conducted on 11 May 2025 in Cuttack/Bhubaneswar. The written exam will have a paper of 200 marks, in which there will be a total of 200 questions and each question will carry one mark. All the questions asked in the exam will be objective type multiple choice questions, which will be evaluated through OMR. The duration of this exam will be 3 hours and most importantly, there will be negative marking in the exam i.e. marks will be deducted for giving wrong answers.
