It was unique and different kind of party which was attended by the Elite people of the community.
Keeping up with the annual tradition of hosting a sehri and dinner party during the auspicious month of Ramadan a grand get together where people from different fields such as politicians, lawyers and peoples from various fields of life turn at desi sehri party which was organised by Suhail khandwani at Mahim.
” Iftar parties are common but the time for Iftar is short. Every one has to quickly leave for namaz and later Taraveh Namaz So many people prefer Sehri parties which continued till morning .It is convenient for busy Mumbaikars to take time out after midnight. people can meet and greet over fabulous food .Its an opportunity to interact with people belonging to different sections of the society, I thank from the bottom of my heart to those who have come here to participate in this Sehri party. The main highlight of the party was that it was attended by Zaheer kazi educationist , Advocate Waris Pathan (Former AMIM MLA) . Former Congress MLA Yusuf Abrahani,Builder Tabrez Rubber Wala, Mansoor Khan (President Sufi Islamic Board), Advocate Firoz Usman Tinwala Islamic Scholars and religious leaders from the Minority community were also graced the occasion.
Ramadan is the most precious month in the Islamic calendar and it is obligatory for the Muslims to fast in the month of Ramadan . sehri is very important part of the Roza. Islam always advise it’s followers to give plenty of charities especially during the Month of Ramadan such type of work give us pleasure says Suhail khandwani.
