Tasty Mix Vegetable Ingredients

For this recipe you will need the following ingredients:

  • Oil – 5 tablespoons
  • Cumin – 1 teaspoon
  • Asafoetida – a pinch
  • Chili and Ginger Paste – 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar – 1 teaspoon
  • Papdi – 100 grams
  • Brinjal – 100 grams
  • Potatoes – 100 grams
  • Sweet potato – 100 grams
  • Turmeric Powder – Pinch
  • Green Coriander – Half Cup
  • Grapped coconut and salt – as per taste

Recipe

First, heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, asafoetida, and chili ginger paste and fry for 2 minutes. Next, add chopped papdi, brinjal, potatoes and sweet potatoes and keep stirring for 3 minutes. Now add turmeric powder and half a cup of water and cover and cook on low flame. After cooking, add chili powder, coriander and garam masala and mix well.

When the vegetables are cooked, sprinkle sugar, green coriander and grated coconut on top and cook for 2 minutes. Serve it with hot bread. Mix vegetable vegetable is very beneficial for health, as it contains various vegetables, which are rich in nutrients.

Mewadar vegetable content

This special vegetable requires the following materials:

  • Four medium potatoes
  • A cup pea
  • A cup makhane
  • Cashew – 1 cup

  • Green chili – 5 chopped
  • Ratanjot – 1 quarter piece
  • Big Cardamom – 5
  • Ginger – 2 tablespoons
  • Ghee – Half a cup
  • Asafoetida – 1 fourth teaspoon
  • Garam Masala – 1 teaspoon
  • Turmeric Powder – 1 quarter teaspoon
  • Red chili powder – 3/4 tsp
  • Green coriander – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – as per taste

Method of making Mewadar Vegetable

Peel the potatoes and cut it into 8-8 pieces. Then, heat the ghee and fry the potatoes until golden. Add cashews, almonds and makhane to the same ghee and fry and remove. Add bay leaves, cloves, cinnamon, large cardamom, rattanjot and asafoetida to the remaining ghee. When it starts hard, add salt, turmeric, red chili and coriander to a quarter of a bowl of water. Fry the spices well.

When the color is good, remove the ratanjot. Add ginger with tomato pulp and fry well. Then add curd and fry. Add green chillies, potatoes and peas and mix well. Add half a bowl of water and cook till the potato is melted. Add fried makhana and do it for 10 minutes. Finally, add fried cashews, almonds, garam masala and green coriander.
