In 2020, due to Covid-19, the Bihar Board released the matriculation result on May 26, 12:30 pm. In 2019, the matriculation results were declared on April 6, 1:00 pm. Looking at the previous records, BSEB has usually declared the result on the last day of March or the first week of April, but this time, by declaring the result on March 29, the board is going to break its record. This year the Bihar Board conducted the matriculation examination from 17 February to 25 February 2025. The examination was conducted in two shifts from 9:30 am to 12:45 pm and from 2:00 pm to 5:15 pm. A total of 15,85,868 students appeared in the matriculation examination, including 8,18,122 girls and 7,67,746 boys. The examination was conducted at 1,677 centers across Bihar.
