AICC announces new president for several District Congress Committees in Bihar

New Delhi: On Tuesday, the All India Congress Committee (AICC) named new presidents for a number of Bihar district Congress committees. According to the release statement, K.C. Venugopal, the party general secretary, gave his approval for the nominations.

According to the official list, Dyanand Paswan will serve as the leader of the Darbhanga unit, and Saad Ahmed has been named president of the Araria District Congress Committee. The Gopalganj unit will be led by Om Prakash Garg, while East Champaran will be presided over by Er. Sashi Bhushan Rai.

Ghulam Shahid and Saurabh Kumar are acting presidents in Katihar, while Sunil Yadav has been appointed president. Imam Ali will serve as the leader of Kishanganj, with Shahibul Akhtar serving as the acting president. Arvind Mukul for Muzaffarpur, Subodh Mandal for Madhubani, and Suryanarayan Ram for Madhepura are other important appointments.

The Purnea unit will be led by Bijender Yadav, while Saharsa will be led by Mukesh Jha, with Tarni Rishidev serving as the acting president. According to the announcement, Raktu Prasad has been assigned to Sitamarhi, Noori Begum to Sheohar, Bachu Prasad Biru to Saran, and Abu Tameem to Samastipur.

Rajkiran Thakur is the functioning president of Khagaria, while Avinash Kumar is one of the other appointees. Lakhisarai district will be led by Amresh Kumar Anees, with Arvind Kumar serving as working president. Md. Inamul Haque is the acting president, and Ashok Paswan has been appointed in Munger’s honor. Satish Kumar will be in command of Nawada, while Naresh Akela will be in charge of Nalanda.

Ranjeet Kumar is the acting president of Patna, while Sashi Ranjan has been named the town’s president. Gurujeet Singh will lead Patna Rural 2, with Nitu Nishad serving as working president. Sumeet Kumar Sunny will lead Patna Rural 1, with Uday Kumar Chandrawanshi serving as working president.

In the other districts, Roashan Kumar will serve as the working president, Prabhat Kumar Chandrawanshi will lead Sheikhpura, and Amrender Pandey will lead Rohtas.
