IPL 2025: Prior to their match against the Lucknow Super Giants on Friday, Mumbai Indians players, including Tilak Varma, Suryakumar Yadav, Deepak Chahar, and Karn Sharma, paid a visit to the Ayodhya Ram Mandir. According to a photo taken during their visit, Suryakumar’s wife Devisha Shetty and Chahar’s wife Jaya, were with them.

It seems like the players took a day off to make a spiritual pilgrimage before their important match. Lucknow and Ayodhya are around two hours and forty minutes apart. In anticipation of the game, the Mumbai Indians team arrived in Lucknow on Wednesday.

With two straight defeats to begin their IPL 2025 campaign, the five-time champions recovered spectacularly against the reigning champions, the Kolkata Knight Riders.

Mumbai defeated KKR by eight wickets, thanks in large part to the outstanding performance of Suryakumar Yadav.
