Reportedly, Ektaa and her team have already started working on it, and they might make an official announcement about it in June 2025. According to the report, the original Mihir and Tulsi, Amar Upadhyay and Smriti Irani, will be returning to the show. Now, Hiten Tejwani, who played the character of Karan Virani in KSBKBT, has spoken about the return of the show.According to Hindustan Times, Hiten said that he has not been approached for it yet, but it is quite exciting. Further, when he was asked whether he would like to be a part of the show again, the 51-year-old actor said, "Definitely! I would surely want to do it. This whole idea has always been with Ektaa and her team. It's their property, and it's up to them how they want to bring it back. So, whenever they call, we’ll definitely work it out."Hiten revealed that earlier also there were talks of reviving the show. He said, "I believe six or seven years ago, there were discussions to bring it back, but Smriti was busy at that time, and it didn’t materialise."Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi started in 2000 and ended in 2008. It was one of the most popular shows on television, and now, many people remember the characters and the actors of the show.
