Abhishek Malaviya (19), a resident of Tarana village, located 50 km from Ujjain, borrowed Rs 2000 from Aftab and Sahil of the village a few days ago. After taking this money, Abhishek was also depositing interest on time. But when he missed this amount of interest, Aftab and Sahil started charging a penalty of Rs 300 daily from Abhishek on this mistake.
Abhishek was badly upset due to a penalty of Rs 300 on the amount of 2000. He used to work to improve vehicles in Tarana, out of which he used to give 300 rupees per day to Aftab and Sahil. The day he did not know the amount of penalty, he used to threaten to kill him on the phone and WhatsApp. Aftab and Sahil threatened Abhishek and threatened to pick up from home for not picking up the phone even on the day of the incident.
Due to which Abhishek ate poisonous substance and his condition deteriorated. In a hurry, the family rushed him to the hospital in Ujjain, but by then he had died. Abhishek's family members reached the spot after the incident and handed over the chatting between Abhishek and users on WhatsApp. It is said that the deceased Abhishek was originally from Ghosla. Abhishek borrowed Rs 2000 from Sahil and Aftab. The accused were charging 20 percent interest.
If he could not pay interest for a month, then the users started putting a penalty of Rs 300 a day on him. When he stopped picking up the phone, he was threatened to message money by messaging on WhatsApp and it was said that till date 1700 rupees have been penalty. When Abhishek was being taken to the hospital in critical condition, Abhishek told his sister that he had taken this suicidary step by being fed up with Sahil and Aftab's harassment.

Additional SP Pallavi Shukla said that a case will be registered against the accused. The police is waiting for the post -mortem report of the deceased. After the report, action will be taken by registering an FIR of the accused whose names have been mentioned on the basis of chatting.
