1 cup rice
Two and a half cup milk
2 cups of sugar
2-3 pC small cardamom

First of all take rice and wash them with clean water. After this, mix them with milk in a vessel and cook them on medium flame.
– When the rice is cooked and absorb milk completely, turn off the gas and let it cool. After this, make sugar syrup.
For this, add water in a deep pan and sugar as per requirement and cook it in medium flame. Then add cardamom powder to it.
– Do not make one or two wire syrup. Just boil the water. For example, if the dirt comes out of it, turn off the gas.
– Now rice must also have become cold. Grind them finely. Keep in mind that do not grind it in a grinder and grind it with silver-bottom.
After grinding, whisk it properly. After this, put ghee in a pan and heat it in medium heat.
When it is hot, apply a little ghee in the palms and then make a paste of a little rice and make it shaped like Gulab Jamun.
– Put it in ghee and invert it and bake it on low flame. Bake them until they become golden brown. After this, remove them and put them in the syrup.
After lying in the syrup for 2-3 hours, take them out in a bowl and serve.
