According to a report, the company has been accused of selling users' data and breaking a privacy agreement. In this connection, a resident of Maharashtra has lodged an FIR at Akluj police station. The FIR also has the names of four high officers of the craft. The FIR claimed that Craft had signed a service agreement on August 2, 2021, but in violation of that agreement, the company sold users' data on the third party platform at Rs 2000 per user. Following this complaint, allegations have been filed against the company under Section 72, 72A and 85 of the IT Act 2000 as well as Section 120-B (conspiracy) and 420 (fraud) of the IPC.
