BTSC Recruitment: There is relief news for the youth looking for government jobs in Bihar. Bihar Technical Service Commission (BTSC) has extended the last date of application for 6607 vacant posts under the Health Department. Now candidates can apply online till 16 April 2024.

This decision has been taken keeping in mind those candidates who had not yet received the registration certificate from the Bihar State Pharmacy Council. Now the registration application of such candidates will also be considered valid. Earlier the date of application was fixed from 11 March to 8 April.

Relaxation in rules for dentist

It was said in the notice that 12 months of internship training is mandatory in a hospital recognized by the Dental Council of India and the Government. There should not be a break of even a day in the internship, whatever the reason and clause 6 (III) is removed.

Educational Qualification: Pharmacist: According to the notification issued by the Bihar Technical Service Commission, some essential educational qualifications have been prescribed for the candidates willing to apply for the post of Pharmacist. The candidate must have passed class XII (10+2), as well as he must have successfully passed all parts (I, II, and III) of the Diploma in Pharmacy from an institute recognized by the government. In addition, it is also necessary for the applicant to be registered with the Bihar Pharmacy Council.

Dresser and Dentist: To apply for the post of Dresser, the candidate must have passed Matriculation (10th) or equivalent examination as the minimum educational qualification. Apart from this, the candidate must have a "CMD" certificate from the Bihar State Government or a recognized institute. At the same time, for the post of Dentist, candidates must have a "Bachelor of Dental Surgery" (BDS) degree or equivalent qualification from a university recognized by the Dental Council of India (DCI). All the required documents for these posts will be verified so that only eligible candidates can be included in the recruitment process.

Age Limit: The minimum age limit of the candidates to apply for these posts has been kept from 18 to 21 years, which may vary according to the post. At the same time, the maximum age limit has been fixed as 37 years for men of the general category, 40 years for women of the unreserved category, and as per rules for other reserved categories.
