Sev khamani recipe: One of the famous and delicious street foods of Gujarat is Surati Save Khamani, which is known for its unique taste and specialty. It is prepared from a mixture of gram dal, ginger, garlic, and chili, as well as decorated with gram flour sev.

Material (Sev khamani recipe)
- 2 cup gram flour
- 1 ½ cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Salt taste
- 1 teaspoon ginger paste
- 1 green chili
To heat
- 3 teaspoon oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon asafoetida
- 6 curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon chopped green chili
- 1 teaspoon mole
For green sauce
- 1 cup coriander
- ½ cup pomegranate
- 2 teaspoon kisses
- ½ cup of mint
- 4 cup green chillies
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon yogurt

Method (Sev khamani recipe)
- First, soak the gram dal in lukewarm water for 2 hours. Then put it in the mixer and grind it by adding chopped ginger, garlic, and 2 green chillies.
- Now take out this mixture in a bowl. Add salt, turmeric powder and 4 teaspoons oil to it and mix it well.
- Put a mixture in a greased khaman plate and cook for 20 minutes. Then when it cools down, make it a sawdust.
- Put 5 tablespoons of oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, sesame, chopped green chillies and curry leaves.
- Now add the drop of the drop in it and mix salt, lemon juice and sugar according to taste and keep stirring for 6-7 minutes.
- Put it in a plate, add chopped green coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds and decorate it. Serve with green chili.
