Ingredients
400g mangoes
½ tsp cardamom powder
1 pinch of saffron strands
3 tsp raw sugar
¼ tsp dry ginger powder
Water or milk as required
Method
To prepare this delicious mango dish at home, start by rinsing the alphonso mangoes thoroughly in clean water. Dry them with a paper towel and peel the mangoes. Ensure that the mangoes are chopped nicely and transfer them to a blender.
Now, add sugar or any other sweetener of choice if the mangoes are tangy or sour. Blend it evenly and transfer the mango pulp to a bowl. Add cardamom powder along with crushed saffron and mix again. For a thinner consistency, add some milk or water according to your preference.
