An example of this was seen outside the women’s police station of Deoria. Where after the mutual agreement, the angry brother took the brother -in -law’s younger brother fiercely and pulled his big (fake hair) from his head.
Let me tell you that the matter is to the village of Bahor of Deoria, where there was a dispute between Suraj Sonkar and his wife about something. After which the woman returned to her maternal home. Later, a written complaint was given to the woman police station accusing her husband Suraj of harassment. While hearing the complaint of the woman, the police called both sides to the police station for a mutual agreement.
After the police explained, the woman agreed to return to her in -laws’ house with her husband. There was a peaceful agreement between the two sides within the police station. But as soon as both sides came out of the police station, Suraj said something to his wife in a loud voice. Just what then. The woman’s father, brother and other relatives erupted.
Angry with this incident, the woman’s maternal uncle, Sandeep Sonkar, was beaten fiercely. Sandeep Sonkar has suffered serious injuries in this incident. After which Sandeep was admitted to the hospital. It is being told that Sandeep Sonkar is the village head.
Sandeep Sonkar says that the whole incident happened just outside the women’s police station, where many policemen were present. But no one has intervened. The family members of the woman escaped and the police remained mute spectators.
After receiving information about the incident, the police of Sadar Kotwali reached the spot and inquired about the case from the victim side. On the basis of Tahrir given by the victim, the police have registered a case against three named people including the woman’s father, brother in sections of assault, indecency and breach of peace.
