Royal fans were delighted after Princess Kate made a surprise appearance alongside her husband Prince William in Berkshire today, to mark the third anniversary of Queen Elizabeth's death. The couple visited the National Federation of Women's Institutes in Sunningdale, which was the future Queen's third engagement in five days.
Kate visited the Natural History Museum's gardens last Thursday before watching the Red Roses beat Australia 47-7 in their Women's Rugby World Cup match in Brighton on Saturday. Today, she looked stunning as she sported a new dress for the special occasion commemorating Elizabeth II.
Kate wore a new grey checked midi dress by Alessandra Rich, which she colour-matched with a pair of grey heels by Boss that she has previously worn.
For jewellery, the princess opted for her beloved white topaz and diamond studs by Kiki McDonough (£975). Her sandy locks were styled in her signature loose waves, while her makeup was kept fresh with a smoky eye.
Royal fans all pointed out how "lovely" the Princess looks in her new dress, while others praised her for her autumn fashion.
One user wrote on Instagram: "Such a pretty dress, neatly overcomes wearing mourning to a tea party. Clever Kate. Kudos to Alessandra Rich".
Another added: "Dress looks fabulous on Catherine, so stylish."
A third fan commented: "She looks lovely as always." A fourth agreed, saying: "The dress is Great. Big love."
Meanwhile, another user wrote on X: "LOVE IT! She's looking fab and William looks smitten."
