Mumbai Renowned Bollywood actor **Salman Khan** has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court for the protection of his personal rights. The case will be heard on Thursday, **11th December** by a bench of Justice Manmeet Pritam Singh Arora. Before Salman Khan, many leading stars like **Aishwarya Rai** and **Abhishek Bachchan** have also approached the court to protect their personality rights.
In his petition, Salman Khan has sought to stop various social media platforms and e-commerce websites from misusing his name, image, and personality. The petition also said that an order should be issued against those who harm his image by using his photographs and videos made by **AI**.
Recently, many other celebrities including **Aishwarya Rai Bachchan**, **Amitabh Bachchan**, **Jaya Bachchan**, **Hrithik Roshan**, **Ajay Devgan**, **Karan Johar**, **Kumar Sanu**, **Akkineni Nagarjun**, among others, had also moved the High Court to protect their rights. The court has provided interim relief to all of them.
Telugu actor **Junior NTR** has also sought protection of his personality rights in the Delhi High Court. However, no decision has been taken yet on his petition.
