Actor Kunal Khemu has told that he made water fasting and major changes in his diet to reduce his weight from 80 kg to 71 kg. He says that this method helped him a lot in losing weight.

According to Kunal, it took him about a year to reach 71-72 kg from 80 kg.

How to do 24 hour water fast?

Kunal told that he already used to do intermittent fasting for 16 hours. After this he started a 24-hour water fast once a week. During this period he did not eat food and drank only water. He said that initially 18 to 20 hours of working time was the most difficult. But after 24 hours were completed, he felt less hungry. He adopted this method for about six weeks.

What did Kunal eat to stay fit?

Kunal told that not only exercise but diet played the biggest role in losing weight. He stopped eating for a few months and adopted a high-protein and high-fat diet. Also stopped eating bread and other processed things. This change not only resulted in weight loss but also cured the acid reflux problem that had been troubling me for a long time. Later he gradually reintroduced rice into his diet.
