1- Dairy product is correct

If we talk about good sources of protein in the body, dairy products are helpful. For this, the option of milk, curd and cheese will be best. To consume it, you can use raw cheese in food. You can take low fat milk in your daily routine and a bowl of curd in lunch is a good option for protein.

2- Soya is the best

Soybeans are very beneficial to fulfill the protein deficiency in the body. For this, if you consume soybean chunks vegetable, then the option of soybean pods and pulses will also be best for you. Soy milk can be included in the diet or you can also consume tofu made from it.
