Bajaj Pulsar N125 or Hero Xtreme 125R, which bike is more powerful?

Bajaj Auto has launched the new Pulsar N125 model for the customers in the Indian market to make a splash in the festive season. This new bike of Bajaj, launched at a price of less than Rs 1 lakh, is ready to create a stir in the 125 cc segment. Bajaj's new Pulsar will compete with Hero MotoCorp's Hero Xtreme 125R.

Features

Both the bikes have a digital LCD screen which comes with Bluetooth connectivity support. Apart from calls, SMS and notification alerts, both models also get turn by turn navigation support. In Hero bike you will get USB Type C charging port which is not there in Bajaj Pulsar N125.

Engine Details

Bajaj's new Pulsar, which comes with 5 speed transmission option, has a 124.58 cc air cooled single cylinder. This bike generates power of 11.83bhp at 8500rpm and 11Nm torque at 6000rpm.

On the other hand, the Hero bike has a 124.7 cc air-cooled single cylinder which generates 11.4bhp power at 8250rpm and 10.5Nm torque at 6500rpm. You will also get this bike in 5 speed transmission option. The engine of Bajaj Pulsar is slightly more powerful than Hero Extreme. On the other hand, Hero claims that this bike accelerates from 0 to 60 in just 6 seconds.

Fuel tank and ground clearance

Bajaj Pulsar N125 has a fuel tank of 9.5 liters whereas Hero bike comes with a 10 liter fuel tank. Pulsar will get you 198mm ground clearance while Hero Extreme will get you with 180mm ground clearance.

The price of Bajaj Auto's new Pulsar ranges from Rs 94,707 to Rs 98,707. On the other hand, for Hero Extreme you will have to spend Rs 95 thousand to Rs 99 thousand 500.
