On the incident that happened with Congress leader Roshni Kushal Jaiswal, Haryana Congress MLA Vinesh Phogat said that what is happening with Roshni Jaiswal today, the same happened with us too, because we have the courage to raise our voice against injustice. Shafran Rajesh Singh has been writing wrong things against women on social media, but the BJP government and the police are not taking any action. Roshni Jaiswal's crime is that she knows how to fight.
Vinesh said that being a woman, daughter and MLA, I assure every woman that whoever feels that wrong is being done to her, we all stand with her. In Haryana, 6-7 women have written a letter to the Chief Minister complaining about an SP, stating that wrong has happened to them. I can say with certainty that in the future a statement will be taken from those women that we have not said anything like this. But I assure you, if someone tries to scare you, all you have to do is make a call. We will fight your battle vigorously.
He said that we have now reached the Assembly to fight the fight which we had started from the streets. There were continuous attempts by BJP's IT cell to break our courage. We will take the case against Brij Bhushan till the end. Constant efforts are being made to create a narrative against us. But we are not going to bow down.

Congress MLA from Julana Vinesh said that if someone is scaring you then do not be afraid, we are with you. Be it Roshni Jaiswal, players or daughters of Haryana, we will strongly raise their voices. The whole country is watching BJP's attitude towards women. I want to ask the UP Police, who issued the attachment order against Roshni Jaiswal, that when we were raising our voice against Brij Bhushan Sharan, why was the order for attachment of her house not issued?

Alka said that on September 13, Roshni had given a complaint against Rajesh Singh to the DM and Commissioner. Roshni Jaiswal along with her husband and some other people went to Rajesh Singh's house to tell him the truth but a scuffle broke out there and she slapped Rajesh. When the police called Rajesh Singh to the police station, all the BJP leaders reached the police station. A call came from the PMO and Saffron Rajesh Singh was sent home.
He said that Roshni's husband and brother are in jail for 40 days. They are being beaten there. Rajesh Singh is still continuously threatening rape. We all have seen how Mohit Pandey died in police custody in Lucknow. Rajesh Singh is roaming freely. Here the police has gone to Roshni's house with an order of attachment. But no action is being taken against Rajesh Singh.
On 15th of last month, an incident came to light in Lalpur, Varanasi, in which Congress leader Roshni Kushal Jaiswal and her husband along with their supporters reached the house of BJP worker Rajesh Singh and assaulted him. Roshni Jaiswal alleged that Rajesh Singh had made objectionable comments on her Facebook post. After this, Roshni's husband and supporters beat up Rajesh Singh.
