The epic blockbuster film Karan Arjun is all set to re-release on November 22. While fans were already excited for re-release of this one, they were left happily surprised when actor Hrithik Roshan was the one who did the voiceover in the newest trailer. Now, his father and director Rakesh Roshan has spoken about it.
Hrithik's voice-over for Karan ArjunIn an interview with Pinkvilla, Rakesh revealed earlier that a random person did the voice-over. But, when the Hrithik watched it, he was mesmerised and asked, "It's given me goosebumps! Wow, what a trailer. Can I do the voice-over?'", to which the ace director immediately replied yes. He said, "I told him, 'If you do the voice-over, it will be nice.'"Talking about the powerful collaboration, Roshan said, "He did the voice-over, so now it is Hrithik, Shah Rukh, and Salman." ALSO READ: Hrithik loves Karan Arjun!Sharing the new trailer for Karan Arjun's re-release with his powerful voiceover, Hrithik had written on his Instagram, "That afternoon in 1992 ( I think) when we were all sitting around dads living room with the writers brainstorming on the screenplay for KARAN ARJUN, after another long spell of silence in the room ( sometimes these silences lasted more than 10-15 mins) and suddenly dad went “ ek idea aaya “ and he went on to tell us how he saw the beats of the interval fight sequence , and as he talked , his emotions escalated and at the height of the crescendo in his mind he shouted “ and then he screams भाग अर्जुन !!!! bhaaaaaag अर्जुन !!!! "
He further elaborated how that impacted him and wrote, "And me as a 17 year old experienced my first jolt of audience euphoria !!! My hair stood on ends, the room was applauding like in a movie theatre ! And I was addicted from that day onwards !! And that’s also when I knew in my bones that this movie was going to be a BLOCKBUSTER!! 30 years later, I cannot wait to witness the reincarnation of Karan Arjun in theatres worldwide from November 22nd 2024."
