Salman Khans Tubelight is considered one of his flops. Made on a budget of Rs 100 crore it grossed Rs 211.14 crore at the box office. The film based on the 1962 India-China war featured Salman as a soldier for the first time. Critics gave the film negative reviews particularly for Salmans portrayal of a character who was constantly getting beaten up and crying which didn’t sit well with the audience. The film also marked the last Bollywood appearance of Chinese actress Zhu Zhu.

Radhe (2021)
Topping the list of Salman’s biggest flops is Radhe which was made on a budget of Rs 90 crore but grossed a only Rs 18.33 crore. Directed by Prabhu Deva the film’s poor box-office performance can be attributed to its limited release due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Many theatres were unable to screen it forcing the makers to release it on OTT. Reports even suggest that Salman Khan personally apologized to theatre owners for the film’s underwhelming performance.
Despite these flops Salman Khans stardom remains unaffected and his loyal fanbase eagerly awaits his upcoming projects.
