Gupta said, “This first eclipse of the new year will not be visible in India because it will be daytime in the country at the time of this astronomical event. “This astronomical event will be visible in America, Western Europe, Western Africa and the North and South Atlantic Ocean.” Gupta said that even the partial solar eclipse on March 29 will not be visible in India.

This eclipse will be visible in North America, Greenland, Ice Land, North Atlantic Ocean, entire Europe and north-western Russia. He said, “Indian astronomy lovers can be excited that the total lunar eclipse that will occur between September 7 and 8 in 2025 can be seen in the country. This eclipse will be visible in other countries of Asia as well as Europe, Antarctica, Western Pacific Ocean, Australia and Indian Ocean region.

Gupta said that the last eclipse of 2025 will occur as a partial solar eclipse between September 21 and 22 and this astronomical event will not be visible in India. He said, “This partial solar eclipse will be visible in New Zealand, Eastern Melanesia, Southern Polynesia and West Antarctica.” The year 2024, which is going to end soon, had witnessed four astronomical events of penumbral lunar eclipse, total solar eclipse, partial lunar eclipse and annular solar eclipse.
