If you are also fond of eating, then this may be useful for you. Today we have brought for you some easy and tasty dessert recipes made in different parts of the world. By making these, you can experiment with your taste and also get applause.

1. France's Crème Brûlée

Material:

2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sugar (for topping)

Method:

Preheat the oven to 150°C.
Heat heavy cream on low flame but do not boil.
Beat egg yolks and sugar together in a bowl. Add hot cream slowly into it.
Add the vanilla extract and pour the mixture into a small baking dish.
Place them in a large baking tray and fill the tray halfway with water.
Bake for 30-40 minutes. Once cooled, sprinkle sugar on top and caramelize the sugar with a broiler or gas lighter.

2. Italy's Tiramisu (instant version)

Material:

200 grams biscuits
1 cup coffee (cold)
250 grams mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup cream
cocoa powder

Method:

Lightly dip the biscuits in coffee and keep them in a serving dish.
Beat the mascarpone cheese, sugar and cream until smooth.
While layering, first place the biscuits, then the cream mixture.
Finally sprinkle cocoa powder and chill in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.

3. Japan's Mochi (Rice Cakes)

Material:

1 cup rice flour
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup water
Cornstarch (for dusting)

Method:

Prepare a thick mixture by mixing rice flour, sugar and water.
Cook it in the microwave for 1 minute and then mix. Repeat this process 2-3 times.
Sprinkle cornstarch on a clean surface and spread the mixture.
Cut it into small pieces and give it the desired shape.

4. Mango Sticky Rice from Thailand

Material:

1 cup glutinous rice
1 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup sugar
1 ripe mango (in this season you can use preserved mango puree)

Method:

Wash, soak the rice and then steam it.
Mix sugar in coconut milk and heat it on low flame.
Add coconut milk to the prepared rice and mix well.
Serve with chopped mango or puree.

5. Mexico's Churros

Material:

1 cup flour
1 cup water
2 tbsp butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 tablespoon sugar
Oil (for frying)
cinnamon sugar (for coating)

Method:

Boil water, butter, salt and sugar. Add flour to it and knead it.
Fill the mixture in a piping bag and fry it in long shapes in hot oil.
Coat fried churros in cinnamon sugar and serve with chocolate sauce.
