Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Ginger Paste – 1 tsp
Parsley – 1 tsp
Red Chili Flex – 1 T Spoken
Oil – as per need
Salt – as per taste
Recipe
To make tomato tasty cheela, first cut green chillies and green coriander leaves finely.
Now wash the tomatoes and wipe it with a cotton cloth and grate them. After this, grate the onion as well.
Then take a mixing bowl and sieve gram flour in it. After this, add chilla flakes, parsley, chopped green chillies and salt to the gram flour and mix.
After this, add gram flour, add tomatoes, grated onions, ginger paste, green coriander leaves and curd and mix all the ingredients.
Now prepare the cheela solution by adding some water. Place a nonstick pan/tava to heat on medium flame.
– When the griddle is hot, put a little oil on it and spread it around. Then take the chile solution in the bowl and put it in the middle of the pan and spread it round with the bowl.
After cooking the cheela for a few seconds, add some oil on the edges and then turn the cheela.
– Now apply oil on the other side and roast. The cheela is to be baked until its color becomes golden from both sides.
After this, remove the tomato cheela in a plate. Similarly, prepare the cheela with all the solution.
