The railway administration has closed the sale of platform tickets at New Delhi railway station till 26 February. That is, now only those passengers will be able to go to the platform who will have a travel ticket. However, family members will be allowed to go inside the station to release the elderly passenger.

In view of the crowd, barricading has been done outside the railway station. Only those passengers will be allowed to enter the platform who will have a travel ticket. For this, TT and RPF have been deployed at the entrance. Even if your ticket is confirmed, you will be allowed to enter a little before the train time.

There are queues of passengers at New Delhi railway station. The number of security personnel with general and sleeper coaches has been increased. All passengers are being asked to come in line so that there is no chaos to board the train.

Waiting areas made

Like Chhath, a waiting room has been built outside the railway station. Only those passengers will be allowed to enter the platform whose train is going to arrive. For this, passengers waiting in the waiting area will be informed. This will prevent the crowd from gathering on the platform.
