R Madhavan, a well-known actor and director, is now in the news for all the wrong reasons. He is presumably reacting to kiss emojis or having flirty conversations with young females. The actor has now come out to address these misconceptions and provide clarification.

“This app will help parents know when their child is using social media,” said R Madhavan. As an actress, for instance, I get messages on Instagram. “I saw this movie and loved it,” a young girl once wrote to me. “You inspire me and are an amazing actor,” followed by kisses and hearts.

“I feel obligated to reply, ‘Thank you, that’s really good of you, God bless you,’ when fans interact with me in this way. After that, she takes a screenshot of my response and shares it on Instagram. People misinterpret my motives after seeing the hearts and my reaction. I didn’t want to start a public conversation; I only wanted to recognize her letter. Imagine the difficulties for those without my expertise if I had to exercise caution in my social media contacts,” he said.
