Earlier it was being said that women will start getting money from the day of International Women's Day but this has not happened. Now a new update has come from the Delhi BJP Chief regarding this.
Registration can start after the budget
The budget is to be presented by the Delhi government in the month of March itself. The BJP government of Delhi will present the budget for 2025-26 on March 25. Meanwhile, when Delhi BJP chief Virendra Sachdeva was asked about the implementation of Mahila Samridhi Yojana. So in response to this, he said that after the budget is passed in the assembly, the Mahila Samridhi Yojana will be implemented for women.
He also told that a special provision will be made in the budget regarding Mahila Samridhi Yojana. The budget is to be presented on March 25. That is, if seen, if the registration for this scheme starts after that. Then the women of Delhi can start getting money from the month of April. However, the official information about the date on which the registration will start has not come yet.
These women will get the benefit
Let us tell you that not all the women of Delhi will get the benefit of the Mahila Samridhi Yojana of the Delhi government. Rather, only those women will get it who have BPL card. And women whose family's annual income is less than 3 lakhs. Apart from this, to avail the benefits of the scheme, women must have an Aadhaar card and voter card with a Delhi address. Women who wish to apply for the scheme must be living in Delhi for at least 5 years.
