But on fasting for nine days, many people start feeling weakness and tiredness. Apart from this, fruits and juices must be consumed during the fast. Daily seasonal vegetables and fresh fruits should be consumed. Especially by consuming banana, apple, orange, cucumber, gourd, sitaphal and spinach etc., it gives necessary nutrition and strength to the body during the fast.
