Instant Cool Drinks: In summer, they are also effective in protecting against problems like dehydration, heatstroke, indigestion. But the sugar added to them is also harmful for many people. Here we are going to tell about some drinks that can be made without sugar. The special thing is that these drinks become more quickly more available in the kitchen.
Jaggery
Material: Desi jaggery-half cup, fennel- half teaspoon, roasted cumin- half teaspoon, lemon juice- 2 tablespoons, green cardamom- 2, black pepper- 1/4 teaspoon, mint- 8-10 leaves
Method: Make small pieces of jaggery. Put in the jar of the grinder. Add all the things to it. Add a little water and grind them finely. Sieve the mixture from the sieve. Add about one and a half glasses of water to it. Serve by cutting snowflakes and 2 leaves of mint in the glass.
Serving- 2 glasses
Betel leaf drink
Material: Betel leaves- 3, threaded sugar candy- 2 teaspoons, fennel-fennel, lemon juice- 2 teaspoons, green food color- 3 drops, soda/spright/water
Method: Wash the betel leaves thoroughly and cut it into small pieces. Put them in a mixer jar. Add all the ingredients. Add a little water and grind them finely. Sieve the prepared mixture with a sieve. Mix food color. Add ice, mint in the glass. Add a little drink mixture. Serve mixed with water or soda or spright according to your choice.

Serving- 3-4 glasses

Tamarind
Material: Seed tamarind- one teaspoon, thread sugar candy- 2 teaspoons, roasted cumin powder- half a teaspoon, rock salt- half a teaspoon, lemon juice- 1 teaspoon
Method: To soften the tamarind in a bowl, soak it in a little water. Put all the ingredients in the mixer jar and grind it well. Sieve the mixture. Keep the sorbet cool in the fridge for a while. Mix about one and a half glasses of water. Break ice, mint leaves in the glass. Serve by adding sorbet.

Serving- 2 glasses
