The admission process for the new academic session 2025-26 is going to start soon at Bundelkhand University, Jhansi. Admission is done in Bundelkhand University in two ways. In some courses, admission is given through the entrance exam, while in some courses, direct admission is given based on direct merit i.e. marks of the previous qualifying examination. In the courses with entrance exams, the exam is based on 10th and 12th books, and the exam is also conducted in other cities including Jhansi.

How many courses are available in the university?

A total of 103 courses are offered at Bundelkhand University. These include undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, and PhD level courses. Subjects like microbiology, law, management, tourism and hotel management, forensic science, physical education, fine arts, and mass communication are taught here. Professional courses are also available in many colleges affiliated with the university.

How many seats are there according to the course?

Each course has its seats. For example, there are a total of 420 seats in B.Tech, 420 seats in BA and BA Honours. There are 260 seats for the MBA course. For courses with entrance exams, general category students will have to pay ₹1100 and SC/ST students will have to pay ₹550. For direct entry courses, general category students will have to pay ₹ 700 and SC/ST category students will have to pay ₹ 350 as an application fee.
