Gurugram: An air hostess was allegedly sexually assaulted in a private hospital in Gurugram by a staff member while she was on the ventilator in the ICU, police said, as reported by news agency PTI. According to the cops, they are examining the CCTV footage to identify the culprit.
According to the police, the 46-year-old woman fell ill after swimming in the pool of the hotel where she was staying and was subsequently admitted to a hospital.
In her complaint, she stated that she was admitted to a private hospital in Gurugram on April 5 and was discharged this past Sunday.
In her complaint, she alleged that she was on a ventilator when some hospital staff sexually assaulted her. "On April 6, I was on a ventilator when some hospital staff sexually assaulted me," the complaint read. After being discharged, she told her husband about the incident and then approached the police, the air hostess said.

Following her complaint, an FIR was registered on Monday at the Sadar police station against unidentified hospital staff members, police said. ''The victim's statement has been recorded before the magistrate in the court. The police team is examining the footage of the hospital's CCTV cameras and will soon identify the accused," a Gurugram Police spokesperson said.
