The golden opportunity for the youth of the country has been extended once again. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has extended the last date for registration for the Prime Minister Internship Scheme 2025 to 22 April 2025. Earlier this date was to end today. But now it has been extended once again.

The objective of this scheme is to provide real work experience to the youth, so that they can be better prepared for the future. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting pminternship.mca.gov.in

Who can apply?

The candidate should have obtained a degree like High School / Higher Secondary / ITI Certificate / Polytechnic Diploma / BA, B.Sc, B.Com, BCA, BBA, B.Pharma.

Age should be between 21 to 24 years (as on the last date of application).

The candidate should be an Indian citizen.

The candidate should not be involved in full time job or studies.

Students studying online or distance learning are also eligible for this scheme.

What is the specialty of the scheme?

The duration of the internship will be 12 months. Out of this, half the time will have to be spent by the candidates outside the classroom, at the workplace as practical experience. This scheme is completely different and independent from any other skill development or internship scheme run by the central and state governments.
