1 cup chickpeas (soaked overnight)
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tomatoes (make puree)
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 green chillies (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt taste
2 teaspoon oil
Green coriander (for garnish)
How to make curd chickpeas
Add chickpeas, salt and water to the pressure cooker and cook till 4-5 whistles.
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin and then fry onions.
Add ginger-garlic paste and fry, then add tomato puree and add spices (turmeric, coriander, garam masala).
Now add curd and mix well and cook on low heat.
Add ripe chickpeas and let it cook on low flame for 5-10 minutes.
Turn off the gas, add chaat masala and green coriander over it.
