She shared that her current routine revolves around Pilates, which she began practicing two months ago. Alongside that, she includes daily walks and light weight training. While she admits her current workouts are limited due to a packed schedule, she emphasized her intent to return to full-scale training soon.

Interestingly, Shweta chooses to stay away from yoga, not due to physical constraints but because of how her mind reacts during the practice. She candidly admitted that each time she attempts yoga and closes her eyes, her thoughts drift toward everyday chores like groceries and laundry. This constant mental chatter, she said with a laugh, makes yoga ineffective for her.

Diet Discipline and Professional Support

One of the key pillars of Shweta’s fitness journey has been her disciplined eating habits. Her celebrity nutritionist, Dr. Kinita Kadakia Patel, spoke to News18 in 2021, highlighting Tiwari’s commitment to her diet even during hectic shoot days. Patel shared that every meal was pre-planned and closely monitored. If a scene required Shweta to eat something on screen, she would consult with her dietitian first to ensure it aligned with her dietary goals.

Patel also revealed that Shweta does not rely on trendy or restrictive diets. Instead, her meals include a balanced intake of staples like rice, dals, lean meats, fruits, and dry fruits. Processed foods, sweets, and desserts are eliminated entirely. Hydration is another focus, with plenty of water, coconut water, and fresh juices included in her daily routine.

Earlier on Instagram, Shweta spoke about losing 10 kg after her second pregnancy. This transformation was largely due to dietary changes, as she didn’t always have time to work out regularly. She also allowed herself a cheat day, a strategy that helped her stay consistent without feeling restricted. Occasionally, she included activities like swimming and yoga with her daughter on weekends for added fun and fitness.
