Pakistani host Nida Yasir has expressed her thoughts on her husband, actor Yasir Nawaz’s remarks regarding his desire for a second marriage.

Recently, Yasir shared a new podcast video featuring his wife Nida and brother Danish Nawaz. During the show, Yasir jokingly stated that he demands the government create a law requiring wives to arrange for their husbands to remarry every 15 years suggesting that if they don’t, the wife should go to jail.

In response to Yasir’s comments, Nida said,“Jo garajte hain woh baraste nahi , Yasir talks about this in every interview.”

When host Faisal Qureshi asked Nida about this statement during a podcast interview, she replied, “Yasir makes such comments in jest. If he were serious, I wouldn’t let him. If we start taking silly jokes seriously, there’s no benefit.”

Nida further added, “If Yasir ever wants to remarry in old age, I can’t do anything about it because no one can predict the future.”

Faisal Qureshi responded by saying, “Yasir is a wise man, he wouldn’t take the risk of a second marriage. Any wise man knows that a second marriage complicates life. It’s better for a man to remain happy with one marriage.”
